In 2015 Mexico City became one of the first large metropolitan areas in the world to regulate private transportation services. According to UBER's numbers, Mexico City is one of its fastest-growing markets globally with 500,000 customers and over 10,000 drivers. The above, in addition to the decision to allocate the Latin America administrative hub in Mexico City, increased UBER's space requirements dramatically. Solución

CBRE executed a very competitive pre-lease in one of the most important buildings in the Reforma Submarket. The lease rate for UBER is below market average, and we were able to negotiate guaranteed-expansion options for the company in their contract, as well specific architectural changes in the project requested by UBER's management.
